Introduction

Hello- Thanks for your interest in my e-book, How I Turned $10 Into $3000. Secrets of The Storage Units This book was designed with you in mind, and how to help you make money at storage unit auctions.

I put everything that I did into this book so you can see step by step how I won merchandise for cheap at auctions.

Now before we start let me tell you a little about myself.

My name is Matt Kilsdonk, an 18 year old Wisconsin resident that just graduated from high school. I have always loved business, and I plan to focus more on it as I get older. I chose business because I feel that is one of the only careers you can have without having to take orders from a boss or a higher up.

Also, I liked reading the success stories of entrepreneurs that turned pennies into multi billion dollar corporations, it made me motivated to start my own company, and I have run many successful websites, then I came across storage unit auctions!

You are here to learn about storage unit auctions. Something that made me a lot of cash in very little time. Now go get your favorite beverage, sit back and relax and enjoy!

Lets Get Started!
First let me start out by telling you what a storage unit actually is.

I am sure you have seen them; they are all over the place. If you are reading this from a foreign country it is possible that they may have a different name but I am guessing they are still around.

Like I said before I am sure you have seen storage units they are big, cheap, aluminum boxes. They have a roof on top, and a garage door in the front. Most likely you have even used one, at one time or another.

But if not storage units work like this; if you have something big to store but you don’t have room for it. Or if you just want to put some extra boxes somewhere other than your house, you rent out a space, or more technically a storage unit.

Prices and sizes vary for these storage units, you might find a closet sized unit for $15 a month, or a 20’X 20’ unit that you can store just about anything. These units go in excess of $65 a month, Some places even let you store big motor homes or boats, out in the open or occasionally with only a roof covering it.

But the typical unit is 10’ X 10’ and usually rents in the $35 - $45 a month range.

Now it is easy to rent out these units, but many times people stop paying for these units. That’s right people paid someone else to hold on to their personal belongings a month at a time, and then they stop paying.

This is where I come in; the owners of the units can’t afford to lose the revenue from someone not paying, so they have no choice but to auction off everything inside the unit, in hopes of getting their money back.

You might be asking, why someone would just give up on things that they owned. Well there are many reasons, including the person forgot the unit, he/she may have died, moved away, didn’t care about the unit, got in financial trouble, or a slew of other reasons. Sometimes you just can’t figure out why someone would stop paying for a vintage box of records, or a boat, or a TV, you never know.

But someone else’s misfortune can be the secret to your success!
